The most important game in the last round took place in Ponce between third rankedPollitas (5-4) and tenth ranked Leonas Pollitas were defeated by Leonas in a tough game on the road 70-76 . Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Leonas made 7 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Talia von Oelhoffen (180-2002, college: USC, agency: Next Page Sports) who helped to win the game recording 30 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists (made all of her seven free throws). The other American import forward Dariauna Lewis (185-2000, college: Syracuse) contributed with 23 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. U.S. Virgin Islands center Anisha George (188-1998, college: N.Texas) replied with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds and American swingman Quionche Carter (183, college: FGCU) added 8 points, 8 rebounds, 9 assists and 4 steals in the effort for Isabela. Pollitas' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Newly promoted Leonas maintains tenth position with 2-5 record. Isabela at the other side keeps the third place with four games lost. They share the position with Carolina.
